Professor Babak Safaei got his B.Sc. in 2011 and M.Sc. in 2015 both in Mechanical Engineering (Applied Mechanics) at Azad University-Tabriz Branch, Iran, and his PhD. in Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University, China. He is now an assistant professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering at Eastern Mediterranean University, Turkey. He also serves as a visiting associate professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering at University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Supervisor for Masters Students, at Warwick Manufacturing Group, University of Warwick, UK. Prof. Babak Safei is in the editorial board of ECMA, Journal of Materials Engineering and Applications and SF Journal of Pharmaceutical and Analytical Chemistry. He serves as a reviewer of more than 40 journals with different publishers, such as Elsevier, Springer, Wiley etc. Prof. Babak Safei has published more than 70 SCI papers as Corresponding Author.

Jinfeng Wang
Professor, School of Management Engineering, Zhengzhou University, China.

Research Interests: Modern management theory and application; Industrial engineering and management innovation; Logistics engineering; Safety management.

Professor Wang got her Bachelor’s Degree at Tianjin University in 1986, Master’s Degree at China University of Mining and Technology in 1998, and PhD at Tianjin University in 2004. She had served as the dean of the School of Management and Engineering of Zhengzhou University for 10 years, and the dean of the Industrial Development and Technology Cooperation Institute of Zhengzhou University for 4 years. She was also appointed as a distinguished professor of Zhengzhou University. She edited and participated in the editing of 5 textbooks, of which the course "Management" was rated as an excellent course in Henan Province. She presided over or participated in 26 major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Fund, the New Engineering Research Project of the Ministry of Education, the Henan Province Outstanding Innovative Talents Support Program, and the Henan Province University Innovative Talents Support Program and other national and provincial-level projects. Professor Wang has published more than 280 academic papers and3 academic works.

Professor Danilo Pelusi (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computational astrophysics from the University of Teramo, Italy in 2006.,He is currently an Associate Professor with the Faculty of Communication Sciences, University of Teramo, an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, IEEE Access, International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics (Springer) and Array (Elsevier), he served as a guest editor for Elsevier, Springer, and Inderscience journals, as program member of many conferences and as editorial board member of many journals. He is a Reviewer of reputed journals such as IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems and IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Machine Learning. His current research interests include Fuzzy Logic, Neural Networks, Information Theory, and Evolutionary Algorithms.
